How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid. Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout; annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10. You can renew from your console before the service expires.
How soon will my server be ready?
After your payment is confirmed, our team sets up your server and the login details appear in your console. We will notify you as soon as it is ready.
Which operating systems are available?
Linux and High-Memory plans run Linux; Windows plans include Windows Server. If you need a specific distribution or version, mention it in a support ticket after ordering.
